OMG, we were, like, totally in love with the location! So close to cute bars and the best eats. The staff were super chill and friendly, like, totally making us feel at home. The bakery downstairs was bomb—seriously the best breakfast ever with yummiest pastries and coffee. Loved the comfy bed too!

I chose this place for a quick getaway with friends and was really impressed by the charming bakery at the front. Fresh baked breads in the morning were a delightful surprise, adding a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location in Palermo Soho made it easy for us to explore nearby bars and restaurants on foot. However, the shower water pressure was hit or miss, and the lack of elevators was a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day out.

The room was spacious and clean, accommodating two twin beds and a travel cot easily, and it matched the advertised images perfectly. Location-wise, being just a block from plaza Serrano meant easy access to vibrant nightlife and dining. Breakfast featured delightful pastries including an exceptional croissant from the bakery below, setting a wonderful tone for the day. However, the absence of a lift made moving luggage cumbersome, and at times, the shower pressure fluctuated. All said, the staff were incredibly helpful, making the experience enjoyable.

The location is fantastic for exploring the vibrant area with shops and cool cafes. Our family enjoyed the big, clean room, which was perfect for us and our kid. Plus, breakfast from the bakery was a delightful treat each morning.
For dads, it would be great if the soundproofing was better.
