OMG, we were, like, totally in love with the location! So close to cute bars and the best eats. The staff were super chill and friendly, like, totally making us feel at home. The bakery downstairs was bomb-seriously the best breakfast ever with yummiest pastries and coffee. Loved the comfy bed too!

Possibly the best and perfectly pleasant stay on this holiday. Contemporary suite for baggage. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel television in the bedroom. Unbeatable and magnificent location, restaurants and bars close to the hotel. A huge variety of restaurants and bars in area: D

The room was comfortable, but there was a musty smell in the air.

location was convenient to shopping and restaurants
The front door was always locked and you had to ring a bell to gain hotel entrance. There are no phones in the room! The room keys were antiquated and impractical. The front desk staff was running around to answer the front door and answer phones. They were overwhelmed. Also, they should be a little more knowledgeable and offer services such as laundry and be able to change local currency into smaller denominations.

You buzz the door to enter reception. Was very good for hotel security and peace of mind. Even though it is a safe area, buenos aires has a reputation for crime. Even some retail shops have a buzz to enter front door. Buzzer door was not annoying. It was perfect security. Perfect location for plaza Serrano bars and la cabrera restaurant. Samantha and Mora from reception were incredibly helpful with Buenos Aures information. They never hesitated to pick up the phone and order cars, book tango shows, suggest restaurants, areas etc. So patient and wonderful!
Some rooms carry noise from plaza Serrano behind the hotel at night.

I chose this place for a quick getaway with friends and was really impressed by the charming bakery at the front. Fresh baked breads in the morning were a good surprise, adding a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location in Palermo Soho made it easy for us to explore nearby bars and restaurants on foot. The shower water pressure was hit or miss, and the lack of elevators was a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day out.

Favourable, incredible location in the heart of Palermo. Best staff members, neat rooms with a king sized bed, a balcony, a normal temperature.

The staff spoke english very well and nothing was a problem for them when requested - even a late checkout (which you have to pay for). The facilities of the hotel were splendid and perfectly suited to a boutique hotel you would expect to have. The room was large and very comfortable and even with a balcony over Thames Street, the street noise was hardly noticed.
There wasn't anything I can really complain about as the hotel suited my needs perfectly.

We loved the location, right in the heart of vibrant Palermo Soho, where we could easily walk to an array of vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants and cafes. The bakery offered freshly baked breads each morning, a good way to start our day. The staff were accommodating and willing to help with any dietary questions we had.
The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, somewhat inconvenient.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to organise me a driver, even before I was a guest in the hotel. Excellent location close to bars and restaurants. Nice room. Very cheap food and alcohol in the hotel. Free glass of wine upon check-in. Will stay here again in future.
